On the 5th of December, 2014 Russian Startup Rating (http://russianstartuprating.ru/top50/) presented 50 most promising companies of 2014 from the 2500 technological startups of the Russian Federation.

The final list included 20 information technology projects, 10 Hi-Tech startups, 10 biotech and medical companies and 10 start-ups of the "green" profile.

The project of “Gazohim  Techno” not only joined 50 best starups but was found to be the only company that received the highest start-up investment – grade rating (AAA) in the Cleantech category.

Sergei Dolinskiy, General Director of “Gazohim Techno”, and Roman Zdanovich, Financial Director of “Gazohim Techno”, took part in the official presentation of the top 50 Russian startups in Moscow on the 8th of December, 2014.

Gazohim Techno took part in the Slush Conference in Helsinki, Finland

In 2014, the Slush Conference that took place on 17th-19th of November brought together over 12,000 attendees  from almost 70 countries for the two-day event. More than 50 Skolkovo residents arrived in Helsinki to participate in the conference. The MINI-GTL project aroused significant interest of the event participants – a wide range of foreign investors, corporate and venture capital funds.

Taking into account high interest of the participants in this project Sergei Dolinskiy, General Director of “Gazohim Techno”, and Roman Zdanovich, Financial Director of “Gazohim Techno”  in details covered the progress of Experimental-Industrial Mini -GTL™ Plant construction and answered numerous questions of the professional attendees.

Gazohim Techno Made Report about Progress of Experimental Industrial Mini-GTL™ Plant Construction on Conference “Gas Monetisation in Russia and CIS”

In the course of the first day of the conference “Gas Monetisation in Russia and CIS” (29.10.2014) the construction by “Gazohim Techno” of the experimental industrial mini-GTL™ plant was repeatedly mentioned in the reports and discussions of the delegates as an important milestone on the road towards gas monetisation in Russia and CIS.

Taking into account high interest of the participants in this project the hosts of the conference invited “Gazohim Techno” to make a detailed report about the technology and course of the construction. On the 30th of October Dolinskiy S. E., General Director of “Gazohim Techno”, in details covered the progress of the Experimental Industrial Mini -GTL™ Plant constructionon one of the deposits of RF and answered numerous questions of the professional attendees.

The conference participants were the representatives of oil-and-gas and refinery companies as well as developers and licensors of gas chemistry technologies (Sibur, Gasprom, Rosneft, Novatech, GNKAR, Turkmengas, Haldor Topsoe, Velocys, CompactGTL and others).

Contract Concluded for Manufacturing of Partial Aerial Oxidation Reactor (POX reactor) Intended  for Incorporation into Experimental Industrial Mini -GTL™ Plant

The reactor processing capacity is of 1,200 m3 of associated petroleum or natural gas per hour.  The operating flexibility is in the range of -40% to +10% of rated capacity. The overall throughput is scaled up by increasing the amount of the reactors incorporated in a mini-GTL™ plant.

In terms of design, this reactor falls into the 4th generation of apparatuses of such kind, and it was designed with the results of scaling and testing of industrial POX reactors prototypes kept in mind. The testing cycle of the РОХ reactor of the previous generation is held at the testing site of the Scientific Research Automobile and Engine Institute “NAMI” in Moscow since November 13th, 2013. Test record sheets of the prototype are signed by representatives of Russian oil-and-gas companies.

There were six vendors who tendered for manufacturing of the reactor. The tender was won by the “Khimicheskiye sistemy” engineering company from Yekaterinburg. The contractor is focused on the design and manufacturing of customized non-standard devices and apparatuses for chemical industries including gas-cleaning, column and reactor equipment, high-pressure vessels and apparatuses.

Earlier, “Gazohim Techno” entered into the contracts for manufacturing and delivery of the microchannel Fischer-Tropsch reactor as well as other main equipment for experimental industrial mini-GTL™ plant.

Gazohim Techno Took Part in Second National Oil-and-Gas Forum

“Gazohim Techno” took part in the Second National Oil-and-Gas Forum on June 22nd-24th organized by the Russian Federation Ministry of Energy together with benchmark business and industrial associations – the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TPP RF), Union of Oil & Gas Producers of Russia, Russian Gas Society.

Special attention at the Forum was given to the discussion of the long-term targets and objectives of the national oil-and-gas industry and to the problems of incentives for modernization and innovation development of main segments of the energy industry.

Alexander Novak, the Minister of Energy, questioned the experts from “Gazohim Techno” about the progress of the construction of the experimental industrial mini-GTL™ plant with the rated processing capacity of 10 mln. cubic meters of gas a year. There was also discussed the topic of the development of competitive national chemical technologies and emphasized the problem of scaling up the innovative chemical equipment. The Minister proposed to draft proposals on the problem of creation of a testing site for scaling of innovative chemical equipment together with Skolkovo Foundation and the relevant department of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
